Visual storytellers in Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Sudan, South Sudan and Uganda can compete for an award.
The Uganda Press Photo Award (UPPA) is accepting entries for the East African Photography Award (EAPA). The competition is run by the FOTEA Foundation, in partnership with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Uganda, Canon Central and North Africa and others.
Entry is free.
